Private pool villas above Kata beach

We had an excellent stay. The villa is magnificent — very clean, spacious and perfectly equipped. The pool is superb, the bedrooms are comfortable and the location is ideal, close to Kata Beach, restaurants and shops. The staff are very welcoming, responsive and always available. We recommend this place without hesitation.

A brand-new villa, exactly like the photos. The host was on top of everything, communication was effortless, and she even ordered a birthday cake for us. Housekeeping came every day and the whole place was spotless. We drove ourselves and parking was easy. We would stay again.

💯 recommended! The place was exactly like the photos, daily housekeeping was available, laundry rack, a carton of drinking water and tissue paper were also prepared for us upon check in. Our host Tar was very responsive and very sweet, she assisted us with our check in/out swiftly. Location was great too, we were able to go to many places quickly. 7/11 within walking distance as well. We love the high ceiling and en suite toilet in every room, the huge pool was also the highlight. Will definitely come back again if we are in Phuket the next time!

A great location, and Tar, the villa host, was so warm. The villa is prettier than we imagined and spotlessly clean. My family and I had a lovely holiday here. You can walk to Kata beach, and the 24-hour security made the whole trip feel safe and relaxed. There are several breakfast places just outside the estate, which is very convenient. We will definitely come back next time.

I had an amazing stay here and it truly exceeded my expectations. The 4-bedroom villa is brand new with all modern facilities in perfect condition, and I honestly couldn't find a single flaw during my entire stay—it was spotless and super comfortable. The location is also fantastic, as it’s just a 10-minute walk to Kata Beach and surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, and a 7-11 all within easy walking distance, making everything so convenient. If you are looking for a fresh, high-quality, and worry-free place to stay in Phuket, this is definitely the best choice—I will absolutely be coming back!

The villa was great! Brand new and extremely clean. Nicely situated in Kata/Karon and walking distance to shops and the Main Street. Cleaning services were provided, which helped keep the place tidy and pristine. The host and housekeeping staff were very friendly and super responsive! Any issues or questions we had, they would attend to it within 15mins. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend
